Ten stages
From first measurement to the day you move in.
Process is not a promise you make once at the pitch. It is the ten checkpoints between a first conversation and a finished home — and you should be able to see which one yours is sitting at, at any moment.

Discovery call and site visit
We measure the home properly, photograph the existing condition, and find the things nobody mentions on a phone call — beam drops, shaft positions, window heights, what the society will and will not allow.
- 02
Requirement brief
How you actually live: who is in the house, what has to be stored, where everyone ends up in the evening. If you have done the Design DNA questionnaire, this arrives already half-written.
- 03
Space planning and Vastu
Several layout options rather than one, generated quickly with AI assistance and then judged by a human against light, circulation and Vastu principles. You see the alternatives we rejected and why.
AI-assisted - 04
3D concept and material board
Photorealistic views of every room, plus the physical samples in your hand. Laminates and stone look different under your own light than they do on a screen, so you get both.
- 05
VR walkthrough
You walk the finished home at full scale before approving it. Ceiling heights, corridor widths and how the kitchen actually feels to stand in are things no drawing communicates. Changes made here cost nothing; the same change at stage nine costs weeks.
VR review - 06
Design freeze
Working drawings, electrical and plumbing layouts, an itemised bill of quantities and the final quotation. One document, every line visible, no allowances hidden in a lump sum.
- 07
Agreement and payment schedule
Payments tied to delivered milestones rather than to dates, with a written programme. You know what has to be true before each payment falls due.
- 08
Production and procurement
Shutters and carcasses manufactured in the factory with quality checks at each stage, and every vendor delivery tracked against the programme so a late handle does not quietly become a late kitchen.
- 09
Site execution — with weekly updates
Photographs and progress reach you on WhatsApp every Friday, without you asking. A live snag list runs alongside it, and slippage is raised with you the week it happens rather than confessed at handover.
Weekly, automated - 10
Handover and aftercare
Deep clean, every snag closed, warranty documents collected in one place, and a care manual telling you how to look after each material in the house. We come back at three months to check.
Why it is written down
Most delays are decisions nobody realised were waiting.
Interior projects rarely fail on craftsmanship. They fail because a handle was never chosen, a payment cleared late, or a change agreed verbally in week six was never drawn. Every one of those is a scheduling problem wearing a design costume.
So each stage above has a defined output — a drawing, a document, a decision — and the next stage does not begin until it exists. That is unglamorous, and it is the entire reason projects finish.
- Defined outputs
- 10
- One per stage. No stage starts before the last has produced its document.
- Update cadence
- Weekly
- Photographs and progress every Friday, on WhatsApp, without asking.
- Changes priced
- In writing
- A variation is drawn and costed before it is built, never after.
- Aftercare visit
- 3 months
- We come back once you have actually lived in it.
