What we collect

When you send us an enquiry — by WhatsApp, email, phone or through the questionnaire on this site — we collect what you choose to give us: your name, contact details, and information about your home and what you would like done to it.

When you browse the site we collect anonymous usage data, but only if you agree to it. That includes which pages you visit, which theme you choose, and how far you get through the questionnaire. This is measured with Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.

Your theme preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Consent, and what happens if you decline

Analytics and advertising storage are switched off by default. Nothing is measured until you actively agree through the consent banner, and you can decline without losing any functionality of the site.

If you decline, the site works exactly as it does otherwise. We simply do not learn that you were here.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, prepare a proposal, and deliver your project if you choose to work with us. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the studio except suppliers who need it to fulfil your project.

Usage data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful and where people give up. It is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years, in case you come back to us. Project records are kept for seven years, because we may need them for warranty and tax purposes.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to analytics. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses local browser storage to remember your chosen theme and your progress through the questionnaire, so you do not lose your answers if you close the tab. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent.
