Pune
Interior designers in Pune.
Two and three bedroom apartments in towers that all hand over at once, on programmes squeezed by society rules and lift bookings. That is the Pune brief, and it rewards planning far more than it rewards improvisation.

Most of our Pune work is turnkey interiors for apartments between six hundred and sixteen hundred square feet, in the belt running from Kharadi through Viman Nagar and out west to Baner, Balewadi, Wakad and Hinjewadi. The flats vary less than people expect; what varies is the light, the society, and how much storage a family actually needs.
The constraints here are real and they are local. Wet work is often restricted to certain hours. Material lifts have to be booked. Some societies will not allow core cutting at all. We check every one of these on the first site visit, because each of them moves the programme and none of them appear in a builder’s brochure.
Possession dates in Pune also slip, frequently. Starting design before you have keys is the single most effective way to protect your timeline — we can work from the builder’s drawings and confirm dimensions on site the day you take handover.
Before you approve it
Walk the whole home before anyone starts work.
Pune possession dates slip, and the weeks you lose at the end are the expensive ones. Designing and walking the home while you wait for keys means the day you get them, the work is frozen and ready to start — not beginning.
We model your actual configuration — every wall, every bathroom, the kitchen and the balconies — and you walk it at eye height in a headset at the studio. Not a render of one corner at dusk. The whole home, at full size, before a sheet of ply is cut. The plan above is our demonstration model; yours is built from your own drawings and checked against the site.

- Whether the wardrobe door opens into the walkway
- What the second bedroom looks like at 7am, not in a render at dusk

How a project runs
The same ten stages, wherever you are.
- 01
Discovery call and site visit
We measure the home properly, photograph the existing condition, and find the things nobody mentions on a phone call — beam drops, shaft positions, window heights, what the society will and will not allow.
- 02
Requirement brief
How you actually live: who is in the house, what has to be stored, where everyone ends up in the evening. If you have done the Design DNA questionnaire, this arrives already half-written.
- 03
Space planning and Vastu
Several layout options rather than one, generated quickly with AI assistance and then judged by a human against light, circulation and Vastu principles. You see the alternatives we rejected and why.
AI-assisted - 04
3D concept and material board
Photorealistic views of every room, plus the physical samples in your hand. Laminates and stone look different under your own light than they do on a screen, so you get both.
- 05
VR walkthrough
You walk the finished home at full scale before approving it. Ceiling heights, corridor widths and how the kitchen actually feels to stand in are things no drawing communicates. Changes made here cost nothing; the same change at stage nine costs weeks.

Questions
Working with us in Pune.
And if what you want to ask is not here, it is probably specific to your home — which is the sort of question worth asking a person.
Ask us directlyWhich parts of Pune do you work in?
Across the city and the western corridor — Kharadi, Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kothrud, Viman Nagar, Wagholi, Undri and NIBM Road among others. Our studio is in Baner.
Do you handle society permissions and building rules?
We work within them, and we check them at the first site visit rather than discovering them mid-project. Restrictions on working hours, material lifts, wet work and structural changes vary enormously between societies in Pune, and they shape the programme.
Can you work on a home I have not taken possession of yet?
Usually yes, and starting design before possession is the single best way to shorten the overall timeline. We can measure from the builder’s drawings and confirm on site the day you get the keys.
