It depends far more on scope than on size — how much joinery, which finishes, whether civil work is involved. Rather than publish a rate that would be wrong for most people, we ask about your budget early and plan to it honestly. If what you want and what you have set aside do not meet, we would rather tell you at the first meeting than at the quotation.
How long does a project take?
A typical two or three bedroom turnkey home runs about ten to fourteen weeks on site, after the design is frozen. Design itself usually takes three to five weeks depending on how quickly decisions are made. We give you a dated programme before you sign anything.
Which parts of Pune do you work in?
Across the city and the western corridor — Kharadi, Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kothrud, Viman Nagar, Wagholi, Undri and NIBM Road among others. Our studio is in Baner.
Can I really see the design in VR before approving it?
Yes. We build the 3D model anyway, so putting you inside it costs nothing extra. It matters most for things drawings communicate badly: ceiling height, corridor width, how much light a room actually gets, and whether the kitchen feels cramped when two people are in it.
